Rebranded company look and feel that resonated with the customer, accompanied by data-driven ads that directly lead to increased sales on both B2B and D2C sides.
• Established company-wide design system used across multiple websites in Figma to enhance user experience, functionality, and create a consistent brand presence
• Partnered with Development team to translate UI/UX Figma wireframes into functional code, ensuring design fidelity through QA testing

Planned and budgeted product photoshoot with models to reflect newly rebranded D2C company. Worked directly with marketing agency to continually test and develop successful landing pages and emails to gain subscribers and move towards high-performing messaging and imagery.
• Established e-commerce D2C company’s new brand as only Creative Team member, including photography style, website design, and brand guidelines
• Elevated brand presence by organizing photoshoot; including budget management, photographer and model selection, timelines, product acquisition, style direction, and final deliverables
• Worked alongside Product Manager and digital commerce partner in Figma to design and develop responsive website, positioning it as a leader in the industry

Associate Design Director Second Nature | 2016-2023
Rose from startup company’s first creative member to ADD; managing contract employees, partnering with copywriter to develop new brand direction for B2B customers that dramatically increased customers that sold a fool-proof business platform.
• Responsible for multiple brand creations from concept to finalization for both product and corporate branding
• Social campaign ideation through asset creation, including static and animated ads, supporting landing pages, emails and mailers
• Managed large work volumes amongst internal and external clients; created Powerpoint, Google Slides, and PDF multipage documents for Sales Team
• Illustrated company-branded icons and accents for use throughout marketing pieces and packaging
• Worked closely with product engineer to design packaging and product art that remained legible and functional throughout it's lifecycle
