MEET CHLOË

I'm a graphic and web designer with extensive experience working on creative and marketing teams successfully growing subscriptions and increasing customer reach in the pharmaceutical, e-commerce, technology, B2B, and D2C spaces. As a self-starter, I've enjoyed leading and working with small creative teams, focusing on creating high-quality work that resonates with the customer, while improving operational workflow and increasing sales. My successes have come from making data-driven decisions based on results from websites, direct response ads, landing pages, and emails.

I consider myself open-minded, a good listener, and solution-focused. I’ve worked in startups, directly with founders and CEO’s, designed and implemented company-wide design systems, and launched several successful rebrands and creative campaigns across multiple channels. I have led small creative teams both in-house and external contractors, managed timelines and the quality of deliverables, all while putting efficiency first to maintain scalability.

Whether it’s hands-on designing, idea creation, leading a team or collaborating with others, I do what it takes to create a successful product that we can all be proud of. And I remember to have fun along the way too!

A few noteworthy things:

• Developed and directed engaging photography as Design Director of $7M D2C company
• Established comprehensive style guides and design systems to ensure brand consistency
• Wireframed and designed desktop and mobile websites, A/B tested and revised to increase traffic and conversions
• Partnered with Development teams to translate UI/UX Figma wireframes into functional code, ensuring design fidelity through QA testing
• Managed projects and timelines of internal creative teams and contractors
• Responsible for multiple social campaigns from conception to deployment to raise brand awareness, lower CPA, and increase sales
• Tracked and managed both individual and team priorities to achieve overall company goals

As for my other interests… I love to ride mountain bike trails and learn the names of plants and birds in my travels!
