Hi I'm Chloë, a seasoned graphic and web designer, with extensive experience in D2C e-commerce marketing, and B2B, as well as pharmaceutical, software, and retail. As a self-starter, I've enjoyed leading and working with small creative teams, focusing on creating high-quality work that resonates with the customer, while improving the operational workflow of the department.

With strong attention to detail and organization, managing workloads and timelines comes easily for me. I consider myself open-minded, a good listener, and solution-focused. Ultimately, the goals of the company and client come first, and I work my hardest to get us there together. Whether it’s hands-on designing, idea creation, leading a team, listening or collaborating with others, I do what it takes to create a successful product that we can all be proud of. And I remember to have fun along the way too!

A few noteworthy things:
• Developed and directed engaging photography as Design Lead of $7M D2C company.
• Established comprehensive style guides to ensure brand consistency both internally and with partners.
• Wireframed and designed desktop and mobile websites, A/B testing and revising to increase traffic and conversions.
• Managed projects and timelines of the creative team, as well as contract designers and copywriters.
• Involved in multiple social campaigns from conception to deployment to raise brand awareness, lower CPA, and increase sales.
• Responsible for tracking and managing both individual and team priorities, in order to achieve overall company goals.
